9 Lake Turkan

It is situated in the rift valley in the north-western part of Kenya. Lake Turkana is

Situated in the desert; it was described as the largest desert lake in the world. The rift valley in which the lake is situated on was formed from a volcanic activity where the lava covers the floor of the valley. The lava of the volcanic was composing of alkaline which have important role for chemical composition of lake.
