G. Lake Superior
Lake Superior is found in North America it is the world largest fresh water lake and in the world it is the second largest lake. The average depth of Lake Superior is about 406 metres deep and 563 kilometres long. More than 200 rivers fed this lake. Minerals are found in many countries surrounding the lake such as copper, iron, nickel and gold and the lake plays an important role in transporting of iron ore.
